The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, Austrian Telecommunications Act 2003). In this privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

Collection of personal data

When you simply visit the website, we only store access data in what are known as server log files: browser type/version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer (IP address), time and date of the server request. We cannot assign this data to any specific person, and it is deleted after statistical evaluation.

Some features of our website ask visitors to provide personal data such as their name or email address. Providing this data is voluntary.

Contact requests (contact form, trial lesson)

If you send us your data (e.g. name, email address, phone number, message) via the contact form or to sign up for a trial lesson, we store it in our CRM software solution "1Tool" in order to process your request. We usually contact you by phone or WhatsApp to answer your request. The processing is based on your voluntary provision of the data (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The data is not passed on to any third parties other than the processors named in this policy.

Commissioned data processing

On the basis of a separate agreement on the processing of personal data on our behalf, your data is collected, processed and used by our web space provider, Körbler GmbH, Hofweg 1, 8435 Wagna, as commissioned data processing pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data is stored exclusively on servers in Austria. Körbler GmbH also administers the club's members with its CRM software solution "1Tool" – only the data necessary for the club is recorded.

Data subject rights

You are entitled to withdraw your consent to the storage of your personal data at any time and to request the deletion of your data. To do so, please contact office@hapkido-leibnitz.st. You also have the right to information, rectification, restriction and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

Our website uses cookies – small text files that make it possible to store specific, user-related information on the user's device. In particular, cookies make it possible to determine how often the pages are used and how many users there are, and to make our offering more user-friendly.
